Great central location near restaurants and bars, as well as a 24-hour convenience store across the street. Comfortable beds provide a fantastic night's sleep. Friendly and lovely staff make for a pleasant stay.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Edinburgh. Our executive king room was stunning, with a modern and clean design that exuded luxury. The room was spacious and provided enhanced comfort, making us feel truly relaxed. We were delighted with the beautiful window view from room 519. The highlight for us was the bath in the room, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The staff at this hotel were extremely polite and sincere. They were always ready to assist us with any request and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the train station and just a short walk from major Edinburgh tourist attractions such as Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle.

There were a few issues during our stay. The check-in process was slow due to a long queue and limited reception staff.

The hotel's location is great! It's within walking distance to the bus station, city center, and plenty of eateries. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. Customer service was excellent, and the breakfast was satisfying. The executive lounge was also a nice touch.

The pillows were too soft and didn't offer enough neck support.

Although we experienced a little waiting time at the restaurant and bar, the staff was always trying their best to keep everyone informed of the issues. With only one member of staff, they were very busy and couldn't provide the best service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room in the Sky building was modern, tastefully decorated, and clean. The facilities, including the pool with seats for those with disabilities, were impressive. The hotel catered well for those with disabilities, and there were mobility scooters available for hire. The location was great, with the beach and local restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were all hard working, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including vegan and vegetarian choices. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

No dirty beds and pool furniture on the rooftop pool.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated near the main attractions and easily accessible from the train station. It was convenient to explore the city on foot from here. the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and offered a nice range of options. the hotel staff were friendly and professional.

On the downside, the room I stayed in was quite small and lacked sufficient space for luggage. It would have been more comfortable if there was more room to move around.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to all the sights of the city. It was also conveniently close to St Andrews square for the tram back to the airport. The restaurant had great food and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room service was poor and the bathroom had some issues, such as a toilet that didn't flush properly.

Despite a minor issue with the temperature in our room on the first night, the Hilton provided asuper clean and cozy stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they even let us store our bags after checkout. The central location was also a plus.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Carlton in Edinburgh for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was welcoming, clean, and the room was very comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel lobby was luxurious and there was even a small desk where guests could access the internet for free. The bar area was open and offered a great selection, and the rooms had all the amenities we needed, including toiletries from the renowned brand Crabtree & Eveline. a fantastic stay and I will definitely be returning.
